摘要:
摘 要:目的 探讨应用微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折合并肘关节骨折的方法和临床效果。方法 2020年10月-2021年10月,对25例MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折合并肘关节骨折,采用切开复位后微型钢板内固定。结果 术后 25例全部获得随访,随访时间12~18个月,平均15个月,骨折全部愈合,肘关节功能恢复良好,无并发症。按照Mayo肘关节功能评分标准进行评分,包括肘关节疼痛(45%)、屈伸活动度(20%)、稳定性(10%)及5个日常生活中的活动项目(25%),即梳头、吃饭、个人卫生、穿衬衣、穿鞋,评分在85~95分,平均90分,优20例,良5例,优良率100%。结论 采用切开复位后微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折,可恢复解剖结构完整性,且内置物小,固定牢固,可以早期进行肘关节功能训练,肘关节功能恢复良好,并发症少,临床效果满意,值得推广。
