摘要:
摘 要：目的 探讨应用微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折合并肘关节骨折的方法和临床效果。方法 2020年10月-2021年10月，对25例MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折合并肘关节骨折，采用切开复位后微型钢板内固定。结果 术后 25例全部获得随访，随访时间12~18个月，平均15个月，骨折全部愈合，肘关节功能恢复良好，无并发症。按照Mayo肘关节功能评分标准进行评分，包括肘关节疼痛（45%）、屈伸活动度（20%）、稳定性（10%）及5个日常生活中的活动项目（25%），即梳头、吃饭、个人卫生、穿衬衣、穿鞋，评分在85~95分，平均90分，优20例，良5例，优良率100%。结论 采用切开复位后微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折，可恢复解剖结构完整性，且内置物小，固定牢固，可以早期进行肘关节功能训练，肘关节功能恢复良好，并发症少，临床效果满意，值得推广。
