摘要:
摘 要：目的 探讨单一小切口应用套筒隧道内顶棒技术在单束Tightrope锁扣带袢双钛板治疗肩锁关节脱位中的手术固定方法及临床疗效。方法 2017年4月-2020年5月，采用单一小切口应用套筒隧道内顶棒横置喙突下钢板技术单束Tightrope锁扣带袢双钛板治疗肩锁关节脱位RockwoodⅢ型16例,对功能恢复进行评分。结果 根据Constant-Morley的肩关节评分系统对术后疗效进行评价，优14例，良2例，优良率93.75%，临床疗效满意。 结论 单一小切口应用套筒隧道内顶棒技术单束Tightrope锁扣带袢双钛板治疗肩锁关节脱位，更微创、快速、经济，疗效满意。
