摘要:
摘要: 目的 探讨利用腕横纹复合组织游离皮瓣修复手指复合软组织缺损的临床应用效果与技术要点。方法 2018年4月-2019年6月,采用同侧游离腕横纹穿支复合组织瓣修复手指皮肤软组织复合缺损10例,术后定期随访,观察皮瓣成活及手部功能恢复情况。结果 10例皮瓣均成活,其中1例出现血管危象,行血管探查术后缓解成活;1例皮瓣局部坏死,经换药治疗后愈合。出院随访6~12个月,移植复合瓣色泽好、质软、无臃肿,瘢痕不明显,手指外形满意,移植复合瓣两点辨别觉为6~10 mm。按照功能评定标准评定:优7例,良2例,可1例。结论 游离腕横纹穿支复合组织瓣在手指复合软组织缺损的修复中具有良好的特性,值得临床推广应用。
