摘要: 目的 探讨采用带尺骨瓣的游离尺动脉腕上皮支复合皮瓣修复手指复合组织缺损的安全性和有效性。方法 回顾性分析2013年6月-2018年4月采用带尺骨瓣的游离尺动脉腕上皮支复合皮瓣修复的10例手指复合组织缺损患者资料。结果 10例皮瓣全部成活,未出现血管危象、皮缘坏死等情况。术后4~6周拔出内固定克氏针,其中9例获得随访,随访时间6~24个月。手指功能恢复好,指骨与尺骨瓣愈合良好;皮瓣颜色接近正常手指皮肤;感觉恢复良好;前臂旋转、负重及腕关节屈伸功能均无影响。结论 带尺骨瓣的游离尺动脉腕上皮支复合皮瓣修复手指复合组织缺损,具有皮支恒定、不损伤主干血管、骨组织愈合快、切取方便灵活、手指功能外观恢复好等优点,是修复手指复合组织缺损方便且有效的方法。
