摘要:
摘要: 目的 总结自体富血小板血浆治疗手指末节皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 2014年12月-2016年12月，采用自体富血小板血浆治疗手指末节皮肤软组织缺损20例。结果 20例手指末节皮肤软组织缺损均获得修复，随访时间5~8个月，平均6.5个月，无明显瘢痕，两点辨别觉为3～4 mm，远指关节活动自如。结论 采用自体富血小板血浆治疗手指末节皮肤软组织缺损，操作简单，风险小，术后效果好，是修复手指末节皮肤软组织缺损的理想方法之一。
